Daily practice in Sanskrit is called routine. Day means day time and Acharya means to follow or stay with it. Routine is an ideal daily program that takes care of the cycle of nature. Ayurveda is focused on the time of the hour because it is important in regularizing the whole day.

Ayurveda believes that the routine is the discipline of body and mind and it strengthens the immune system and purifies the body from the stool. Hope, inspiration and peace appear at this time. This time it is considered best for obtaining Brahma knowledge (meditation and self-meditation), supreme knowledge and eternal happiness. At this time, the environment is pure, calm and soothing and after sleep, there is a freshness in mind.

By meditating at this time, mental activity improves. It is helpful in enhancing the virtues and gives mental irritant that comes from Rajogun and Tamogun or with hyperactivity and lethargy.

2.      Power of Breath

See which nasaka has more flow of breath. According to Ayurveda, the right nostril is the sun gall and the left nostril is the moon bile. The right part of the brain controls the creative functions and the left part controls logical and verbal acts. According to research, when someone breathes through the left nostril, the right part of the brain is more dominant and vice versa.

3.      Positive Vibrations

Following the ancient tradition, look at the lines of your palm and remember the women of wealth, knowledge and power. The upper part of the fingers is frozen in diameter from the thumb to the spherical soothing rhythm - in the right clockwise circular and left counterclockwise circular rhythm. Fold the palm of the finger on the top of the finger and rotate the right wrist in clockwise rhythm and rotate the left wrist in the counterclockwise rhythm. In the part of the body where the flow of breath is high, first kiss the palm of that part and then kiss the other palm. (Kiss gives energy. By kissing your palm, you give your most effective weapon self-expression the best vibration). Then rub your both hands, then slowly move both the palm towards the face, head, shoulders, hands and feet Go, which creates a shield of energy and gets protection from negative impact throughout the day.

4.      Protection Mantra

Spell the spell of defence that is part of this simple but effective morning routine. After chanting, some moments sit with calm and empty mind.

कर अग्रे वसते लक्ष्मी

कर मध्ये च सरस्वती

(In the middle of the hand, in the palms, Saraswati is the Goddess of art and knowledge.)
